Who you're working with

Nynke Bel, founder

I spent more than twenty years inside the operations of Heineken, Achmea, Shell and ASML, most recently as Head of Operational Excellence for ASML's global manufacturing operations. I've led transformation from the shop floor to the boardroom, and I know the difference between a plan that looks good in a deck and one a team can actually run.

I'm a chemical and industrial engineer by training, and I was personally trained by Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum, in Scrum@Scale. That mix of engineering rigor and agile practice runs through every engagement.

CapaBELity is built on one idea: change sticks when the people doing the work own it. That's why leadership coaching and team coaching run through everything I do.

Nynke is a chemical and industrial engineer with over 25 years in operational excellence, the last 10 focused on capital projects, across Heineken, Achmea, Shell, Boskalis and ASML. She was trained by Jeff Sutherland in agile delivery for complex systems.

I work hands on, alongside your team, not from behind a slide deck. That means being straight about what's working and what isn't, building trust through clear communication, and keeping the work energising rather than exhausting for the people doing it.
